Ingredients 1 1 4 cup old fashioned oats 1 cup chopped nuts i used pecans 1 4 cup flax seeds 4 tablespoons coconut oil 1 2 cup honey 1 4 cup brown sugar packed 1 4 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 1 2 cups puffed rice cereal 1 2 cup dried apples diced 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 2 teaspoon salt.
