Arctic cat 50 atv no spark. Guys i have a 04 artic cat 90 4 stroke that im working on for a friend. I have replaced the stator pickup coil regulator due to it was starting and running but only unti read more. If you find out you need to replace the spark plug you can usually find them easily on amazon here. No spark 400 arctic cat.

The most common reason an atv is getting no spark is a bad spark plug either the wrong plug all together or just not gapped correctly. I have a 2003 4x4 400 cat i do not have any fire to plug i have changed the kill swich coil stator plug wire plug boot and the cdi box when i run volt test i get 40 volts to the coil but when i hit the starter the voltage stays the same i hope. Everything was cleaned and assembled twice after i took it back off and did it again. You must hook up a kill switch if you plan to ride.

Not really check the amps comming out of the stator plate going to the cdi box. I cleaned the carb the fuel was gren yellow as usual and the pilot was plugged.
